I was having what I thought may be high response times from the servers. Colin in their Level III support took a great deal of time to investigate the issue. He found that the problem was not with their servers. This allowed me to concentrate on other possible problems and I was able to diagnose and fix a couple of issues on my site. Colin followed up with me twice to ask if I wanted more help to solve the puzzle which on this occasion, I did not. Great service as always!

It really is a cheap way to host a website with excellent tools for maintaining the website with a large number of email addresses and each one has different aliases that you choose. This is ideal for a small business with few employees.
